Student Speaker: Care Key to Education

As an agriculture student, Theodore Herr knows the importance of care to grow a successful crop. First, you must ensure you are planting your seeds in conditions that enable growth. You must make sure their roots are firmly stationed in the ground, and most importantly you must consistently tend to the crop, tailoring to its needs, and cultivating it to be the best it can be.

Meadowbrook Welcomes Kentucky School for the Deaf FFA

EKU's Meadowbrook Farm welcomed students from Kentucky's School for the Deaf FFA to "Ag Camp 2017". Campers toured the farm and learned about EKU's agriculture and horticulture programs.

Farm Director Justin McKinney hosted the group with the help of KSD interpreters and EKU Farm staff.
