Trevor Radcliff accepts his scholarship from Association President Tim Ward

EKU's Department of Agriculture is pleased to announce that Trevor Radcliff, a junior agribusiness major from Shelbyville, Ky., has been named recipient of the Midwest Agriculture Equipment Retailers Association Scholarship. This $400 scholarship was presented by Association president Tim Ward at their annual banquet in Louisville the night before the Farm machinery show opening on February 9th.

A student from EKU, Murray, Western and UK each received the Midwest Agriculture Equipment Retailers Association Scholarship. As a matching institution, EKU will match the $400 check for total $800 award.

Pictured above with Trevor are his parents, Sherry and Jeff Radcliff, along with EKU Agriculture Professor Dr. Mike McDermott. According to McDermott, Radcliff was put forward to represent Eastern Kentucky University for this award because of his character, academic performance, and agricultural technology knowledge and interest.
